Meet Dr. Sleeth
Dr. Sleeth earned his Endodontic Certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and is currently Board eligible and working towards becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontists.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Florida where he graduated in the top of his class and had the honor of being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. He received the Pierre Fauchard Academy Scholarship Award, the Retired Uniformed Services Scholarship Award, the International College of Dentists Leadership Award, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Award & the American Association of Endodontists Award. Dr. Sleeth has a Master of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Sleeth is proud to have served our country as a combat engineer in the Army, deploying to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom immediately following the September 11th World Trade Center attacks. Dr. Sleeth has also participated in a dental humanitarian outreach in the remote mountains of Ecuador and has provided hundreds of hours of volunteer service at the Sulzbacher Center in downtown Jacksonville.
Dr. Sleeth is excited to practice endodontics in the city where he was raised. He attended St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School and Episcopal High School. He and his wife Elizabeth have three children – Brooks, London and Whitman. In their free time they enjoy spending time with their children, traveling, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, golfing and watching football.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Association of Endodontists, OKU Honor Society, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Jacksonville Dental Society, and the Northeast District Dental Association.
